I have a photograph cutted out from somewhere that shows a demonstration somewhere with an unusual Western Saraui
flag: it is not a palestinian flag with crescent and star, but a *blue* white green flag with red triangle at hoist
and red crescent and star. The flag is clearly visible and seems to be hand-made. The main pieces of cloth have been obviously sewn to each other and the central crescent and star seems to have been painted on the white stripe. The blue stripe is in dark blue, but not dark enough to be confused with black. It's more or less in the shade of the traditional Tuareg clothing (wich, IMHO, makes a lot of sense). IMO, this flag can be just an error, or an unofficial variation of the Saraui flag. What do you think? Joao Madureira |
